The swimming area was excellent, friendly staff, good social atmosphere, clean rooms with courtyards.

The apartment is clean and big (living room, kitchen and bed room). The owner is very friendly. The prices are good.

The apartment is a little bit far from downtown. The area is old, near the bus station, a place not so pleasant in my opinion.

The owner/manager Tomas was very helpful and responded almost immediately to a leaking pipe in the kitchen.

The apartment was a bit damp due to poor ventilation. The neighbours were noisy and there wasn't a daily cleaning service.

we were met by the building manager who was really helpful. It was clean, modern and the security was good

we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water during our stay. It was expensive for 2 people, but it slept 4 and would be good value for 4.

My stay over New Year's Eve was really enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for New Year's Eve festivities. Another pro was the apartment's great facilities, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace where we watched the fireworks.

The elevator was not always working which was a bit inconvenient. , the apartment could be better maintained as we found a couple of items that needed to be repaired.

The appartment was ok but could have been cleaner. The quality of construction was rather poor, typical for Argentina unfortunately. Ac unit had not been put straight on the wall, bathroom was rather small. No microwave. Sofabed was slightly broken but we could use it. 3 cloth hangers for 4 persons is also not enough.

Christmas break was amazing! the best aspects of my stay were the fantastic swimming pool and the friendly staff. the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and meet new people. the cleaning staff was also very friendly and kept the rooms and courtyards clean and tidy. the location was great and allowed me to explore the city easily. there were a few things that I disliked. the elevators didn't work very well, which made it difficult to carry our luggage down the stairs. the Wi-Fi was mediocre and the kitchenette lacked some utensils. Despite these minor issues, overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to other budget travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The swimming area was amazing, possibly the best in the whole of Argentina. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and cozy rooms that all had a courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, as it was close to the bus terminal and transportation options were easily accessible.
